1). A $15 non-refundable deposit is required on all orders before work can begin.

2). CK Designs makes every effort to produce a reasonable representation based on the materials supplied by our customers. Laser printing provides accurate color and short-run capabilities, however exact color matching is not guaranteed.

3). All orders must be approved and it is the sole responsibility of the customer to view the proof and make any changes in color or typographical errors prior to printing.

4). CK Designs shall not be liable for loss of income or incurred cost sustained by any client due to unexpected delays.

5). CK Designs reserves the right to use samples from each order for promotional use unless expressly prohibited by the client at the time of the order.

RETURN POLICY:
ALL CARDS must be returned within 15 days with a valid explanation for the return and must be approved by CK Designs. Matters of dispute will be settled by reasonable objective standards of the laser card printing industry.In-store credit or reprints only. No cash refunds. Shipping and handling fee will not be refunded. Return postage is the responsibility of the client. CK Designs is not responsible for orders or originals not collected by clients after 60 days.
